These forces manifest as affinities, with Illuvials predominantly aligning with one of five elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Air, and Nature. Such affinities greatly influence their powers and abilities. While some Illuvials form a potent bond with two elements, like Frost (Air + Water), others forge an even stronger connection with a single element, as seen in Inferno (Fire + Fire). When assembling a team, strategic consideration of these affinities becomes paramount. For instance, while your Archeleon may possess formidable strength through its Overgrowth Affinity (Nature + Nature), it would be severely disadvantaged when facing off against an Inferno Illuvial. Thus, careful selection of Illuvials becomes crucial for optimal combat outcomes.
